Chat GPT version

🌹 Deepest Desires (Refined Version)

A wildfire through the forest—
Rampaging beautiful nature—
That’s what you did to me.

My heart was set ablaze,
My mind fell numb;
I could think no more.

I couldn’t wait for anything in the world.
I was once a calm and quiet river,
Flowing wide in tranquil grace—
Until the day you came into my life.

Was it you who dragged me down,
Or was it I who fell
From my fortress of restraint?

Now it feels like wandering through the unknown,
Where everything is painted blue,
And my journey stretches on forever.

Searching for hope
Is like a blind man groping in the dark for light,
When he should have stayed
Within the comfort of his home.

Is it God’s will that I should suffer,
Or your pleasure
To watch me burn in the flames of desire?

I do not know if God can save me from this—
But if you wished,
You could rescue me from ruin.

So I leave this choice to you:
Let me agonize for the rest of my life,
Or breathe some life
Back into my soul.

Chat GPT version of Echoes of Time (Reminisces of the Lost)

Echoes of Time

Demons haunt me as I try to rest my weary eyes,
Memories of lost time taunt my fading senses.
I see myself consumed by fire—
A soul burning within its own reflection.

The void surrounds my days,
And hollow nights return to steal my dreams.
Life pauses in its endless run,
As if to question the reason I exist at all.

To chase lost moments is to fall
Into the gallows of endless black holes—
Each one swallowing the light of what once was.

Bring me angels of time,
So I may master the spirits of my own faith.
Yet I awaken only to see the truth—
The soul, though lost in time’s cruel turns,
Remains incorruptible, unbroken—
Rising beyond the frailty of man.

Reminisces of the lost

Reminisces of the lost

Demons haunting me while I try to rest my sore eyes, memories of lost time taunting my senses, I see myself engulfed in flames.
Void surrounds my day, and hollow nights return to haunt my dreams.
Life seems to have halted for a moment from its tireless run as to exemplify the necessity of my very existence.
Chasing lost time and moments is like entering the gallows of the endless black holes.
Fetch me angels of time whereby I can master the spirits of thy confidence.
Only to realize the true nature of the infallible & incorrigible soul lost in the vicissitudes of time overcoming the fallacies of a feeble human.

Out of Work

Right from the beginning of my career, I was suspicious of the dubious nature of working life. I had fumbled, stumbled during my initiation into work. My parents, being from a small town middle class background were happy that I am into some kind of earning mode right after my extended study tenure. I wasn't sure that I am in the right place. I had seen an entire wing of strategic business unit being dissolved.  As expected, I had been transferred to a remote place onto a unknown job. That friends, was only a trailer for full length future to evolve.

"As the child entered late twenties and he is earning a handsome amount let's get him married". This was the thought running in my parent's mind. Lo! Behold O mighty one nobody can escape the charms of a young and beautiful maiden, there was marriage and a cute little child the product of our marriage.

I never expected life would change and more testing times are ahead. Yes, being jobless i.e. without any work to do and this happened on the morning of 23rd January just 1 week short of my Cute little kid's 1st birthday. Is this to test my faith in God and destiny or something which is the wire puller of all that's on earth? It may be for me to repent for all the sins that I had committed right from my childhood. It may also be for me to give some thought about life and enhance more productivity and positivity. I don't have an answer as of today.

One thing is for sure that this break from work is definitely going to be an eye opener and a turning point of my life.

GO - An experience

Getting your work done with the government is not an easy task, for a commoner it is a daunting exercise where in a person has to move table to table wetting the greasy hands of the arrogant blood sucking monsters sitting across the table giggling and blabbering in a nonstop nonsense.

Though this wasn't the first time for me it was the first experience of small time corruption to my better half. It seems like taking bribe is in the blood of Indians itself. Lure of easy money is the only word for this kind of high handedness. There is no way one can stop such kind of corruption unless the attitude of people changes.

The day was Thursday when my passport which I received 5 days back was yet to complete the police verification which normally would take not less than 2 months due to the lethargic attitude of the bloody fools abusing and misusing the positions they hold in the government. I had to take leave and go sit in the police commissioner's office at 11 am. The boy in the front desk informed me that for my particular area of residence meet some Mr. X on Table 3. When we approached him he immediately started speaking in gujarati which I don't understand, very politely I asked him to speak in hindi and this arrogant *&%#$er says bring a translator with you. I smiled helplessly at his idiotic nature and thought getting my work done is most important. He asked us to wait until he calls for us.

There were several people moving in and out of the office while the blood sucking monsters were happily whiling away their time gossiping. There were two people who have visited Mr. X prior to us and one of them has just left and the other one was sitting sober listening to the unnecessary bakwas of that idiot looking helplessly helter skelter. There was a family of 5 children the guy seemed to be a labourer working in some foreign country who got his work done and was smiling.

Now comes my turn:

Mr. X Ek hi aadmi aao

Myself: Mujhe zaara police verification ka file chahiye to submit it at my area police station.

Mr. X: Ye mera kaam nahin hain par fir bhi karleta hun bahut risk uthake illegally. He was speaking in hindi but I will be putting those words in english here. It had to be done illegally and if I do it my job will be at risk. I asked him is there any other way he says yes and winks. I said please get it done because my wife is not normal so he started working on the PC and it took hardly 5 minutes to get the job done.

Meanwhile a higher official has walked into the room and everybody was on toes standing and saluting as if they are loyal to his highness. Blood *#$#rds. I think he spoke the same repetitive lines saying it was not his job and illegal to give me my file which would otherwise be lying for another 60 days. Then I took out a hundred rupee note and he said keep it with you I am going to give you for free at the risk of my life. I didn't understand why he was saying such words has the angel of kindness dawned upon him were my first thoughts, then after repeated attempts at denial i got to understand he wants notes of Rs. 500 and not 100s. But luck was on my side I had only three hundred and after some more persuasion he accepted the amount lest I was afraid he might create some trouble in giving me my files which was of utmost priority to me at that moment. On second thoughts he would helplessly harper on to my not giving him the bribe and do nothing but crib furthermore.

This was the first part only. The next office and official was in my area police station and the respected official sitting there for passport verification purpose.

The second part started at the police station where the concerned officer was disturbed from his afternoon nap by us. He was cordial enough to invite us inside and made us note the list of documents required for verification. I said we have all of them and are ready to submit but denied taking those now instead asked us to come at 5 PM in the evening when his partner reports for duty. I told him is it ok if my wife stays back then he took my wife's signature immediately...great relief.

I was there by 6PM and immediately process started and at the end as usual shamelessly he asked me for the fees. Surprisingly, it seems for regular inquiries which normally come in a span of 2 months he charges a minimum fee of Rs. 200. I had to shell out something more than that but definitely not the exorbitant amounts he was demanding for just doing my work which was supposed to be his duty.

How can we stop this kind of corruption when it is built in within the system? My proposal is a single window counter with different rates to be opened just like the system at tirupati and Salaries of government officers should have a fixed component and variable component where in variable depends on the number of works done by them in a day. That's only a measure to curb such kind of corruption it may not be a fail safe system but atleast commoners can be assured of service without owing to other measures of getting work done by these B*&^#y  GOs.

Hope

Doomed and dejected by the way things turn out at the end of day;
Depressed by the virtue of heart which accepts only those things that elates and excites;
Never the less I have nothing to lose or nothing to gain except you whom I was considering mine
Strangely, on brooding one can visualize that nobody is none’s property to file a complaint in the lost & found department. Not even the mother can claim her kith and kin as their own.
Things are never straight and linear in this amazing truly complex world.
They said whatever goes up comes down; remember my dear repetitive nature of things is the norm of the universe.
Everyday teaches you; remember those days when we had seen the eerie, charming, moonlit and dark nights and thought that these were forever but never the night promised to live with us.
Those tiny blue rays of sunlight penetrate through the dark sky every day to make you and me realize that things are never linear.

In Pursuit of Fumes - A Short story

As usual on Friday evenings Rakesh goes to the neighborhood irani café in the sleepy suburban area of old city to meet his old friends smoking his favorite brand of cigarettes sipping the hot chai. For the past few weeks he was completely stuck in the office for the project he was working on which was in the final stages of completion. Thank God! The task had been successfully completed and he was now free for atleast a week. This was usual for the software employees like him. He belongs to a small town from coastal Andhra similar to most of his friends and colleagues who had come for work in this city of pearls. The irani café owner knows him very well and his bunch of friends.

His smoking addiction started during college when smoking was considered to be fashion and style. Puffs of smoke filled his hostel room during college days. He was always lauded the way he made shapes with the smoke releasing it from his mouth and nostrils sometimes. His friends mostly constituted of smokers and drinkers but he liked the company of these people because most of them are intelligent like him or atleast they felt so. This addiction to smoking had made him loose his beautiful girlfriend and also angered his parents. He was close to finish off two to three packs in a day. It was unusual to find him without a cigarette.

Later when he had joined the meditation and yoga classes through his uncle whom he admired a lot he was temporarily out of smoking. As they say everything has a first time he became a smoker again with a lesser intensity, this time around four to five cigarettes a day. This basically started out with his boss in the company who had offered him a cigarette on the very next day of his joining the company which he could not reject. Thus started the saga of Rakesh’s smoking once again.

Now that the project had come to an end, he was deeply relaxing sipping the chai at nawab’s café. His friends have to come in about half an hour so. They are all childhood friends and meet regularly on fridays at the nawab’s place which is their favourite spot. Nawab’s was a small chai baddi in good old city of Hyderabad. He had grown from being a small chai baddi to a big café in the corner. His sons chotta nawab and khan had parted ways and put up separate café’s at different locations. The chotta nawab runs the old nawab’s café whereas khan has a restaurant in secunderabad.

It was around 6.30pm when all of the friends were busy chatting about their days’ work. One of them suggested they all go to the Madhushala Bar. The Madhushala situated inside the street was a place for all the smokers and drinkers. Usually localites hang out there after days work. It is a place filled with laughter, chatter occasional shouts by the drunkards and seems like a heaven for all the drunken. Madhushala Bar had been notorious at one point of time because of its night club activities but due to government rules now it had transformed into the new Madhushala bar and restaurant. One can find some regular loyal customers to the bar.

Rakesh and his friends have started on their bikes to arrive at the bar. As it is a norm for them to order a common round of drinks starting the session with their favorite rum, they ordered snacks to munch on along with the drink. After a round of drinking and blabbering, Rakesh took out a cigarette from his pack which he always carried along with him. The waiter who was around serving the second round of drinks immediately warned him not to light it inside the premises of the bar this angered Rakesh but he reconciled to the fact which he has seen in the news about the ban on smoking at public places. In India as it is a common practice to break the rules he did not think that this rule would be so strictly applied even to the bars which were usually smoker’s heaven. Rakesh as such is a kind of person who gets anger but subsides immediately as he cannot fight anybody owing to the principle of non violence nah! He does not have the physical strength and internally is actually timid. He actually covers up such facts in his conversations.

He has immediately stood up along with his another smoker friend, Pranav as such is a non smoker but he takes passive smoking too much seriously and is habituated to passive smoking. It is not his intention to become a passive smoker but only a precaution from becoming an active smoker. During his childhood Pranav was a kid who never knew what it was like being away from house, he was also not a regular sports person like his friends but a very studious child. Due to teenage fantasies he had lost interest in studies in his plus two and has not fared well in the competitive exams due to which he had landed up in a not very good college. He had altogether different company of friends and there he was taught to drinking. He tried smoking but only thing he got was cough and two days of medication. Thereafter he stopped smoking but eventually got used to passive smoking.

Now that they were smoking heavily and discussing issues at work place Rakesh thought about his lost girlfriend for a while and was asking about her whereabouts nowadays. Rakesh’s girlfriend mona works for the same company as Pranav. Mona loved Rakesh but due to his addiction to smoking she quit her relationship with him and is now happily married to a non smoker husband who also happens to work with Mona in the same office. After that incident Rakesh never loved another woman.

They both went inside the bar and mingled with their other two friends who were seriously discussing about politics. Ram was a person who has very strong views on politics in fact he is planning to take up permanent job at one of the parties. He has his family’s support to join full time politics. Ram had been doing many social activities and had contacts in the ruling party of the state. He loves chatting with friends and always loves winning at arguments involving politics. Chaitu the other friend who loves drinking is a silent listener to all that ram blabbers and boasts of politics. He is the most silent person in the group after Rakesh.

The group had just finished the last round of drinks and were asked to leave the bar or else thrown out of it as the time’s up. They were the last persons to leave the bar. As they came out Rakesh felt urgency to light the cigarette and as he fetched for it immediately he was warned by a cop nearby not to smoke in public places. He left abusing the constable and guided the group in search of a private corner or private place. They went to the next street corner where in they took out the cigarette but soon there arrived a bunch of people in a marriage procession, pissed off they drove to the next junction and as soon as they arrived they noticed the commissioner of police building staring at them ferociously.

This time they thought of a nice place to smoke that is the turning near to the necklace road which is notorious at one time. As they were about to light the cigarettes there were whistles blowing police chasing couples who were engaged in secret love making intimacy. Rakesh and his group had to immediately leave that so called private public place in search of another. Finally Pranav declared they will got to his place as he stays alone nobody is there to question them but unfortunately at his place the gates were locked by the house owner and there is no point in jumping the wall either because that would wake up the bull dog tied in the compound.

Despair and frustration were telling upon all of them when all of a sudden they found a secret building hiding in the dark shadows of night. An old dilapidated building which was about to get demolished soon to build flats. An old man is in charge of supervising it day and night he does nothing but drink all day and night. So it was easy for them to barge in and get to the terrace. As soon as they arrived at the top of the 5 storeyed building Rakesh felt a relief and the view of moonlight and city’s outline from the top was mesmerizing. All of them stared at the beauty of the city which is sleeping silently at around 1am. Cold winds were blowing and immediately they required the smoke to keep them warm, Rakesh took out the pack and put the cigarette in between his lips, suddenly he realized he was not having a match box or lighter to light the cigarette.

This was too much for him to handle, he searched everybody’s pockets and ran down stairs frantically. Mad with not finding a match stick he was sick and tired. Pranav, Ram and Chaitu were also in the same state and were desperately looking for a matchbox. Finally after two hours of unfruitful search a great idea dawned upon them, to search the old man’s stinky pockets in hope of finding atleast a match box with one or two matches.

With this great thought that landed upon Rakesh’ already frustrated mind pranav decided he will go and search the old man’s pockets. The three waited with bated breath as pranav was approaching the old man’s cot. The man was around 60 years old with a darker complexion and white stubble and moustache thick enough to scare a 12 year old kid. He was fast asleep lying on his stomach, his right hand hanging loosely from the bed. As Pranav approached nearer the old man moved a little and this made Pranav retract but his friends hinted everything’s okay from the terrace. Pranav now crouching and crawling went near the bed and slid his hand through the pocket to his excitement he found the match box and in a hurry pulled his hand to which the old man twisted and his hand got underneath.

Landed in a fix he waited for sometime and then easily moved his hand that gave the old man a push slighter than a blow of wind and this made him uncurl and pranav removed his hand immediately ran to the top of the building.

As if he had won the race in Olympics he came to the top tossing the matchbox into the hands of Rakesh claiming his prize. As the four of them sat at the edge of the parapet wall of the old building with lighted cigarettes finally in between their lips they had seen the most beautiful view through the fumes, the sunlight in an orange and saffron colored sky just like the tip of their burning cigarettes.

Beautiful Stranger

In Delhi this time of the year never before I had seen or boarded the metro though I was in Delhi previously. Staying in East Patel Nagar guest house of my company with good food and accommodation I felt lonely. Without friends and nowhere to go and see, waiting from morning for a friend I left in the evening outside the guest room for exploring the vicinity which lead me to the park nearby and watching few beautiful older ladies walking to reduce their obese bodies and younger ladies to spend some time outside their comfortable homes with their friends. There were also older men and women sitting in groups gossiping usual topics of neighborhood, sarees, politics, economy and finally America.
I left that place after sitting idle watching kids and their mothers controlling them. Finally I left that place for something better, but only to my disappointment as there was nothing unusual. Strolling on the wayside I went upto the metro station where I thought of boarding the Delhi metro once again. For a second I thought where to go and it immediately struck me that I have to buy a ticket on Tuesday for Kullu which was to be bought from the Himachal Bhavan which was near Mandi station. Therefore I bought a ticket to the Mandi station and boarded the train for Mandi.
I got down at the Mandi station and headed towards the Himachal Bhawan where I got to know that the counter will be closed by 8PM. I just then hoped that they accept card for the purchase of ticket and moved towards the counter where the man behind the counter said they don’t accept cards. As it was already near to 8pm I thought it was useless to fetch for an ATM and returned to the platform of Mandi station with a ticket to Rajendra Place.
As soon as I boarded the train I noticed a beautiful lady sitting in front of me along with a lady who looks like a typical south Indian lady whose husband is also sitting beside her whom anybody can recognize as a south Indian with his typical Tamil style of putting the Tilak or Vibudhi. Coming to my beautiful stranger, she looks fair and of average height, her special attraction was her nose which is long, thin bulging slightly at the end and straight, her facial features and her skin colour and brownish hair one can easily identify her to be a Sindhi. She was wearing a dark green Punjabi salwar kameez holding two mobiles. Her beautiful eyes have captured my attention to her and she was looking me eye to eye. I started responding to her contact, while she was still talking over phone. We exchanged looks many a time. I still don’t understand what we conversed silently but I felt bad since she was a stranger to me. All the time I was in the metro I sat and stood to give way to an old lady and her husband I felt happy for I had done something good. She has noticed that and I was leaning to a pole while a small kid was playing naughty all the while.
As we were busy exchanging looks my station has been announced and I had to move towards the door. Still managing eyesight like a kid I was watching her while she was talking over the phone. All through the phone call she was watching me. I felt happy and at the same time bad for I have to get down at the coming station. The station has arrived and I had to get down and was waiting for her to see me, but there were people obstructing our vision. This went on till the train left. As I was used to the Hindi films I waited for some more time until two trains coming form the opposite side left the station as if she would be returning by some other train back to talk to me.
My instinct was otherwise and waiting there was literal waste of time so I took another train towards that direction. I thought this is the time to do something different. Alone in the train again passing through the metro stations, I suddenly noticed the green salwar lady on the station which might be the fifth one in that direction. There was not enough time for me to confirm but i just got down from the train and started to move in her direction. She was on the escalator talking to the south Indian lady with her husband beside her. Once outside the metro station, they headed towards the bus stop where they were discussing about something, still following them from behind I stood for some time in the shadows of the street. After sometime they took a bus, I just followed them. After travelling for another half an hour the south Indians got down the bus and immediately I occupied a seat, this time just behind her and she noticed that.
After 15 minutes, the bus was nearly emptying and it was almost 9PM and I landed in a place which I do not know much about. She was walking towards her home and I was following her to catch up with her pace. The street lights were throwing occasional beams of light on the road. It seemed to be a newly developed colony and very few people were on the roads and it is very cold. Silently walking behind her she was looking back at me whether I am following her or not. I smiled at her hoping she would smile back and in return she stopped after a while turned back and asked me straight in the face why I am following her. I liked her gesture and retorted that I liked her in the first instant and thought that she also liked me because she was noticing me from the metro. She did not say a word and just walked on without even replying me why she was noticing me. I wanted to ask her why is she not saying a word but she did not give me a chance, silently strolling behind her she entered into a house which is looking very old. There were many families residing in the house.
I entered into one portion of the building after several twists and turns landed up in a corner of the building which bore a name plate Mr. Rajesh Dandemani. She rang the doorbell and there were shouts of small kids who have opened the door. A little girl and a toddler were at the door. To my shock they started shouting maa. I was taken aback and for a minute I just forgot everything. The lady immediately offered me water and asked me to come inside the house. I sat in the chair and she offered me tea.
She told me her name is Meenu and I introduced myself. She works for a company in the other part of Delhi and daily commutes by Delhi metro. I got curious and shot a valley of questions to her. To which there was a cute smile from her. She immediately took me inside the room where in there was a person lying on the bed. She immediately called Rajesh and the man responded with a whine, I was shocked to see him. He was a man of 30 years and badly affected by paralysis stroke. She introduced me to him as a friend from her company. His features barely resembled somebody I could identify with. After that I got out of the room still with few questions unanswered. She started telling me that she and Rajesh were in love and married against their parent’s wishes. Everything was fine until Rajesh got bedridden due to paralysis and she still loves him so much and she was very much hopeful that Rajesh could be treated. Within few minutes I realized how courageous this beautiful stranger was.
Silently I started to move with a satisfaction and appreciation but I had still a doubt in my mind which was eating me away. She had recognized and got up and went inside. I was about to go into the room when she appeared suddenly and asked you might be wondering why I brought you here, saying this she put a photo album in my hand. The moment I opened the album I was shocked to see that face which I can recognize very well. It resembled me.
With a big sense of appreciation, satisfaction and happiness for what life has given to me I took leave of my beautiful stranger and her happy family after playing with the kids for sometime. She offered me food but I said I had fulfilled my hunger. She asked me where I go in this night; I told her that I have to get to the guest house for tomorrow I am leaving Delhi for Kullu. I bade goodbye and left into the darkness of night.

Deepest Desires

A wild fire of the forest

Rampaging beautiful nature

is just like what you had done to me!!

My heart was set on fire

My mind got numbed

I could not think anymore!!

I couldn’t wait for anything in the world…

I was like a calm and quiet river

Spread out in its vast expanse

Until the day you came into my life.

Is it you who had dragged me

or

is it me who had fallen from my forte of austerity?

It seems like traveling in the unknown

Where

Everywhere seems to be blue

And

My journey will remain to be forever..

Searching for hope is like a blind man groping

In

the dark for some light when he should better

be

in the comfort of his home

Is it the God’s will for me to suffer?

Or

is it your pleasure to watch me burning in the flames of desire?

I don’t know if God can save me from this

But

if you wish I could be saved from deterioration.

I leave this choice to you whether to let me agonize

for the rest of my life

or to put some life back into my soul….

Racism and Culture

The racism attacks on Indians has prompted me to write about this blog which has been neglected for a long time. Let me jump start the engine. I was reading this article on racism in Australia and other countries. Its not the Indians alone that are victims of racist attacks. This is not an easy task to put an end to racism. Racism is prevalent in the very nature of humans.

The media hypes are more than necessary. An article written by an Indian settled in Australia has invoked my thought process. I just checked through my entire life consisting of 25 years. The whole idea behind this is community and culture, the kind of parentage and place where the child is brought up is what plays an important role in the thought process of that person as an adult. One is taught right from childhood which community he belongs to and what he is supposed to do in life. No child is given freedom to think and pursue any thing that he likes, even gods that are to be worshipped are not spared, every child is taught to be a vegetarian or non - vegetarian by religion, caste and other intriguing relatives.

I don't consider that any culture is the greatest, every culture has its own merits and demerits one has to accept this truth and move on with life by trying to gain the best points in other cultures, usually this doesn't happen because people get attracted to the negativity first rather than positive points. I wonder the way orthodox people practice the rituals regularly but they forget to keep themselves and their houses neat and tidy. This is the reason India is still considered to be a dirty country by fellow Indians living in America and other well developed nations. The thing that puzzles me is how we consider ourselves as secular country when even now my mom looks for a bride for me she wants the girl to be from that particular caste, place and from the same sub caste.
We can never be secular and I consider ourselves as the biggest hypocrites. How can the greatest culture where sex is a taboo subject have the second highest number of AIDS cases? Isn't this contradictory to the great Indian culture where we feel shy speaking of sex and sex education?
Indians wherever they are, one can find them hanging out with the same community they belong to, like all the Andhraites stick together, the Punjabis form their own group, similarly all other Indians. When I was studying in Chennai I found myself mingling mostly with people who are Telugus although I had a considerable number of friends in the Local Tamil community. I did not realise this at that time but time teaches you a lot of lessons and I have learnt at every opportunity Life has shown me. As the old saying goes be a roman in rome, this is ought to be true for all good reasons. I dont say one has to leave behind the best values in his culture, keep the best values your culture has taught you and at the same time remove the bad things prevalent in your culture and absorb the goodness and richness of the other culture you are living with. Learn from them and make them feel humanity is the greatest culture.

A night spent fighting with mosquitoes

I have recently shifted to the apartment which my mother has bought 3 years back. Why have I shifted the question cannot be answered right now. The point is how we spent yesterday. Since i was feeling moody yesterday i invited my friends to my apartment which is in lothukunta. My friends travelled to the outskirts of the city where my flat s located and we had a great drink and dine nearby and we arrived at our flat only to find there are no fans that is because the fans fixed earlier were not running properly so we had to change and my aunt had them removed very promptly to replace them but then the electrician showed us his finger. As Iam used to sleep on the terrace ( remember I slept only on terrace through out last summer that too the house was near to cemetry but there were no deadly creatures like hummers ) suggested everyone will lie down in the cool night breeze of hyderabad. Our struggle strted after we finished playing cards and decided to go upstairs the breeze was cool but then it showed signs of a rain goin to start. we slept until it drizzled and then moved downstairs there it was sweaty and these horirble creatures started harming us. i wonder what material are they made of so sharp are these creatures. Iam giving their pictures and their description below also are the diseases they bring to humans. Let me complete the night out.

By that time i was fast asleep then all of a sudden one of our friends woke up disturbing my sleep and asking me to lock the house so that we all can go upstairs. Thats it i didn't sleep until its 5 am in the morning after the namaz prayers that were heard from a nearby mosque.

The entertainment kept on running until 5am credits to my friends karthik and bhavakanth that wasnot at all boring. The atmosphere was funfilled and exciting experience. Now iam back at work as usual but with a little difference that is I caught cold severe cold coughing and sneezing.

MOSQUITO

The mosquito is a common flying insect that is found around the world. There are about 2,700 species of mosquitoes. Mosquitoes can fly about 1 to 1.5 miles per hour (1.6-2.4 kph).
Mosquito Bites: Females drink blood and the nectar of plants; the males only sip plant nectar. When a female bites, she also injects an anticoagulant (anti-clotting chemical) into the prey to keep the victim's blood flowing. She finds her victims by sight and smell, and also by detecting their warmth. Not all mosquito species bite humans.
Disease Carrier: The mosquito is often a carrier of diseases, such as malaria, encephalitis, yellow fever, dengue fever, dog heartworm, West Nile virus, and many others. The females, who drink blood, can carry disease from one animal to another as they feed.
Anatomy: Like all insects, the mosquito has a body divided into three parts (head, thorax, and abdomen), a hard exoskeleton, and six long, jointed legs. Mosquitoes also have a pair of veined wings. They have a straw-like proboscis and can only eat liquids.
Life Cycle: The complete life-cycle of a mosquito takes about a month. After drinking blood, adult females lay a raft of 40 to 400 tiny white eggs in standing water or very slow-moving water. Within a week, the eggs hatch into larvae (sometimes called wrigglers) that breathe air through tubes which they poke above the surface of the water. Larvae eat bits of floating organic matter and each other. Larvae molt four times as they grow; after the fourth molt, they are called pupae (also called tumblers). Pupae also live near the surface of the water, breathing through two horn-like tubes (called siphons) on their back. Pupae do not eat. An adult emerges from a pupa when the skin splits after a few days. The adult lives for only a few weeks.
Classification: Kingdom Animalia; Phylum Arthropoda; Class Insecta; Order Diptera ("two wings"); Family Culicidae.

Take a Moment, Time is precious

You never know how life is passing on with time. We never care for some very important times in our life. Its only after life has passed with time that we try to look back and they remain as beautiful memories. We take these things for granted, we don't know the importance of those little that happened in life. We always pray that all the hard times in life be fast-forwarded and wish the good times to last longer but one thing we forget in life is happiness is defined only when there is sorrow. Life gets bored if it is flat, and mind you life is a journey and not a destination so nothing lasts long. We have many things in life that we think are trivial enough to be ignored but the truth is you never again get back those memories so always try to attach some importance to these incidents, thinking that these things are never gonna come back at the same time thus making every moment of your life more enjoyable.

Here are some instances of life which are going to give you a picture of what happened in my life.
The first time you go to school, the first time you make friends in the outside world, the time you got a bicycle, the first time you visit a circus holding your father's hand, the times when the teacher at school amuses you with stories, the times you make best friends at school, first fight with your best friend, time you get punished for coming late, not doing your homework, first crush at primary school, times you got teased by friends, times you get thrashed for breaking the tubelights and stuff, time you quarrel with your brother, times you sit on top getting the highest mark in the class when none got even closer mark to you, those lovely mornings in the winter when you rush 3 kms to attend tuitions, times when you secretly admire the most beautiful girl of school, those beautiful evenings spent by the riverside lost in thought, the first time you go to some other town to study, new friends, new atmosphere, those times spent with lovely cousin, getting the lowest marks in class, bunking classes to watch movies, hibernating from the rest of the world because you are considered to be a failure, and the list goes on .........
I will be mentioning the rest when i write my autobiography. I think i have brushed up your memories also.

The thing is even when you are feeling dejected and sorrowful try thinking that it is a part of life and see the long term picture which will eventually bring in happiness because no part of life is not long enough. Never be sorry for anything in life, never give a chance for saying it shouldn't have happened that way. Keep changing what you do each day experimenting every moment of life only then you could know which experiment has lead to success. Its people who are around that matters most and they are the people who care for you and you should be grateful to them because atleast you have someone to care for you, care for those people who care for you then you can be a human, if you are a person who can care for people who do not care for you then you are someone who is greater than human; it is true because an ordinary man gets only dissappointment by caring for those who do not care for him ultimately feels dejected and lost in life. Later in life you might wake up saying " I lost everything in my life" also there might come a day when you have none to care for you. Make the most of every moment in hand because life has no 'replay' button on its remote.
Always remember "TOMORROW IS WHAT YOU MAKE OF TODAY".

TRUTH is GOD

Satyameva Jayate; Truth alone Wins; these are the inscriptions below the national emblem of our nation.
These words are no ordinary words but hold the highest pinnacle of the philosophy. These words were taken from our very own source of knowledge the 'VEDAS'. Only Truth and nothing but truth will sustain and bring glory to mankind. The search for truth is still being pursued in various forms by different people.
The man who has experimented with truth is none other than our own MAHATMA, none other than the father of the nation. He believed only truth can remove one's ignorance. Truth is like the lantern which shows the path in a completely dark place. it is only by practising the art of truth that a person really can rise to glory.
"To me God is Truth and Love; God is ethics and morality; God is fearlessness. God is the source of Light and Life and yet He is above and beyond all these. God is conscience. He is even the atheism of the atheist. For in His boundless love God permits the atheist to live. He is the searcher of hearts. He transcends speech and reason. He knows us and our hearts better than we do ourselves. He does not take us at our word, for He knows that we often do not mean it, some knowingly and others unknowingly. " says Mahatma.
Iam writing my first blog on this golden eve of our country celebrating her 60th independence day august 15th,2007. This is an ode to the mother INDIA. Lets make india a secure and better place to live in for the generations to come. The future is in our hands to build a strong and powerful nation.

Lets bring the nation that Rabindranth Tagore has stated in his poem

"Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high;
Where knowledge is free;
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow
domestic walls;
Where words come out from the depth of truth;
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection;
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the
dreary desert sand of dead habit;
Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever-widening thought
and action--
Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake."
-- Rabindranath Tagore

Happy Independence day to all the INDIANS.

Be proud to be an INDIAN> JAI HIND .
